We usually see a yield of about 3-4% with other sources, but with Integrity, most of my locations are closing around 8-10%, and some of my more robust locations are at 14-16%. Previously these numbers were unheard of in the subprime but are now possible. I also have a strong BDC that favors these leads over other subprime sources because of the more accurate information with Integrity especially when it comes to income. I also think that being branded from the start really does secure the trust and improves the quality of the relationship with the customer from the start making it easier for closing time."

We convert more of these customers to sales than with the previous provider that we had used for years, we sold over 40 cars in January, and we have not seen these results in years with our last provider. Our closing rate has increased month over month since our inception in October of 2022. Our closing rate with our other lead provider came to a point where we had seen an almost 40% reduction in sales, and our customer shows were also dwindling. We saw increased fraud our last year with our old provider, and it became an almost daily occurrence that we saw fake IDs, social security numbers, and paystubs."
